My car is beautiful! It looks showroom new, inside and out! Frank kept in touch with me throughout a complicated repair and they even dealt with the insurance company on an issue. Wow. Excellent job guys!!
I regret to share that my experience with Frank’s Dent Repair has been disappointing. After our vehicle was with this business for 19 days, it was returned with several issues. Some of the damage includes cracked panels, broken switches, a cut windshield washer hose, and scratched doors. There was also an attempt to use glue to fix the switch bracket. Was not asked to write this review. Could not be happier with the service from Frank's. My 1 year old truck had ~300 hail dents, now it has zero thanks to these guys. Owner spoke with me before the process and instilled quite a bit of confidence that they would do it right. He gave me a week and a half time window, and delivered. There was about a $3k discrepancy between the insurance appraisal and what the shop required to fix it, but Frank took care of it and I only paid my insurance deductible out the door.
