They took care of me every step of the way. Made it easy for me. My basic insurance policy covered almost everything, and they worked with me to not have any out of pocket expenses.
Performed excellent work on a black vehicle and got all the hail damage fixed in a timely manner. Would DEFINITELY recommend this repair shop.
Horrible service. My AC still doesn’t work after my accident. I even took my car back there and they said everything was working perfectly fine. They told me it could be the blend door actuator and to have it replaced. I did and it still does not work correctly. My AC blows hot air while the car is idle but when I start driving it works but only if it’s on full blast. Even my AC and recirculation buttons are broken and don’t work anymore unless the heater is on. Such a disappointment!
Excellent Service. Had a pleasant experience with Frank’s Collision at La Porte for my car repairs. I was kept informed about progress during the repairs and vehicle was completed on time. Car came out looking very neatly done.
