I had such a great experience with Frank’s Auto Collision! Everyone was amazing, from the front desk staff to the estimators, the repair team, and even Jeremy himself. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and provided amazing customer service. I really appreciated how well I was treated throughout the entire process and how great my car looked when it was finished. I would recommend Frank’s Auto Collision to any friend or family member. I loved everything about my experience here. I'm so glad my insurance company (Mercury Ins) works with them. Ashley first helped me over the phone when I made my appointment and answered all of my questions about insurance and the process. Highly recommend Frank's! The shop was an approved shop through our insurance and I couldn't be happier we went. The team was great to work with, helped us through the insurance steps, and was overall excellent communicators.
