Super star service!! – The staff is very curtious and friendly. They are educated and easily answered by questions about my vehicle repair and the insurance claim process. I also met the own he is very nice and even did some small touch ups for FREE. My car was given to me clean. It was awsome, beacuse i fixed my car at another place before and it was fixed properly, but they gave it back dirty. Frank's Collision goes the extra mile and washed the car insideand out FREE!! no more dealers for me – I always to repaired my car at the dealer, but came across this place because they my insurance sent me there. I was expecting a small place, but their facility is huge, clean and professional.The owner gave me a tour personally and i was very impressed. My car looks great and I got constant updates by e-mail and by phone with my vehicle status.they have the personal touch the dealer lacks!
Love the work done on my car!!! – Exceptional customer care!!! WOW! I took my car to get body work done due to a collision I had a few months ago and I can't express how delightful it was to deal with everyone at this company. Not to mention my car came out looking like new! They were so detailed on what REALLY needed to be done to my car rather than just trying to get a quick dollar out of me! Careful with the owner – Initially they will bend over backward to obtain the work. The company seems to be too busy with making money and body work to care for the car to operate appropriately. What good is the body work if the car doesn?t work right? Most importantly they don't value their warranty.
