Five stars still do not feel like enough for this carpet and upholstery cleaning service. From the very first phone call, I was truly impressed. Our family was dealing with a medical emergency, and we were tired, worried, and trying hard to fully sanitize our daughter’s home before bringing our grandson home. Even though the schedule was already full for the next couple of weeks, Lucas went out of his way to help adjust another appointment so we could get the upholstery cleaning done when we needed it most. I couldn’t be happier with the service. I run a local cleaning service myself, and sometimes a floor care problem is beyond what we handle in-house. highly recommend! we had lucas come out to look at our tile and grout because we really did not know what was going on with the floors. he checked everything carefully, explained what he believed was causing the buildup and marks, then went to his truck, brought back some cleaning supplies, and did a small spot treatment so we could see how the full carpet and floor cleaning process would work. he walked us through each step as he worked, which made us feel very comfortable. lucas was very friendly, very professional, and wo... read more

I absolutely love this carpet cleaning service. I can’t say one bad thing about the experience. Jermaine and Lucas were kind, friendly, professional, thorough, and very easy to work with. They took their time and made sure every carpet cleaning and upholstery cleaning job was done right. They removed pet stains, coffee spots, makeup marks, and other tough carpet stains that I thought would never come out. They also cleaned my area rugs and couches, and everything looked fresh, smelled clean, and felt renewed when they finish... read more

I found this carpet cleaning service after reading reviews, and I’m very glad I did. I learned that the owner is also the only technician, which really mattered to us because we’ve had our carpets cleaned many times before by workers with very little experience. Lucas was honest, professional, and very knowledgeable about carpet cleaning, upholstery care, grout cleaning, and ceramic floor cleaning. I also liked that the pricing was based on square footage, so everything was clear with no guesswork and no surprise charges. We... read more
