I called them on the phone and the lady on the phone quoted me $109 for 3 room and $2 per stairs which what I agreed with and. The carpet cleaner guy showed up on the day of cleaning and I wasn’t there my parents. So long story short this guy was lying to them that I spoke to them for only 3 room $190 and anything additional would be cost more. Michael was very detailed and it’s great to see someone who really enjoys their work and does an excellent job while being friendly. I had two big spots in a bedroom carpet where my son’s dog had chewed large holes, and Michael repaired them perfectly. I will definitely call again if I ever need carpet help in the future. I’m also looking forward to seeing how well the carpets are cleaned, as I’m sure the results will be amazing.
