Mike was amazing! My couch had heavy buildup from cats, dogs, kids, and a lot of drink spills, and the armrests were so dark we thought it was just permanent wear. He was able to lift those stains and deep clean the upholstery so the couch looked fresh again, aside from the old cat scratches. I really wish I had taken before and after pictures because the results were that impressive. I’ve used this company many times for carpet cleaning over the years, and they always do a great job. Recently, I woke up to water all through my home after my master toilet overflowed overnight.
