Francis from Frank's Carpet Care did an excellent job cleaning the carpets and upholstery in my home in Culver City. I had four large area rugs that needed off-site professional rug cleaning, and he made the whole process easy by arranging pickup and delivery. He went above and beyond by helping move furniture off the rugs, rolling them up carefully, and loading them for transport. My wall-to-wall carpets, area rugs, couches, dining chair cushions, and upholstered chairs all look fresh, clean, and renewed now. He arrived on ... read more

We had an excellent experience with Frank's Carpet Care. They got us scheduled fast when we first called, and the pricing was very fair for the quality of the carpet cleaning. This was my first time having my carpets and upholstery professionally cleaned, and I keep showing the before-and-after photos to my friends and family. Frank's Carpet Care had to move my first appointment, but Francis kept me updated with great communication and got me booked again quickly the following week. The whole house feels fresh, clean, and much more comfortable, and my kids were so excited to see the super clean rooms.... read more

My well-used beige recliners looked like they might never come clean, but Mike worked hard and used great carpet and upholstery cleaning methods to make them look almost brand new again. The mystery spots in the carpet came right out, the fibers look refreshed, and the whole home smells clean and fresh. He was professional, thorough, and clearly knew how to treat both carpet and furniture fabric with care. The pricing was fair and comp... read more

i highly recommend Frank's Carpet Care. From the first phone call to the finished carpet cleaning, mike was very friendly and went above and beyond to refresh my carpets. My daughter recently moved out, and with family coming in from out of town, the carpets were noticeably soiled and needed a deep clean before everyone arrived in Culver City. he was able to fit me into the schedule quickly, which really helped reduce the stress. The phone estimate was accurate and very fair, and the final results looked beautiful. it was cl... read more
