Mike was amazing! My couch had heavy buildup from cats, dogs, kids, and a lot of drink spills, and the armrests were so dark we thought it was just permanent wear. He was able to lift those stains and deep clean the upholstery so the couch looked fresh again, aside from the old cat scratches.
