HUGE shoutout to Franks customer service. They deserve more than 5 stars. I recently had a pair of boots re-soled by Franks. They called to say they were ready, so i went to the store, paid for them, and went home. Done deal. 2 weeks go by. I was looking at my bank statement, and saw that I was double charged for the resole. So I called Franks to tell them of the mistake. They did a bit of digging, and determined it was my banks fault. Regrettably Frank’s Boots aren’t not as good as they once were. They have tried to make new lowers for my boots twice. The first time they left out the celastic toe I ordered and put on a strange looking heel. The second time both boots squeak loudly with every step. They even squeak just putting them on.
