I wanted to try Franks and I can say I’m not disappointed. The boots are amazing and I want to give a shout out to the team at Franks. I ordered these custom through a phone order and very satisfied with the customer service and product. I won’t hesitate to reach out to order boots from them again!
Nearly a year ago, I decided I wanted a pair of PNW boots. After some searching, I fell victim to all the fancy marketing that JK puts out. Months of back and forth with them left me disheartened when the custom boots I had ordered — after visiting their shop — didn’t fit right, despite the significant expense. The worst customer service interactions I've had. I didn't ask for a new foot bed just replace the soles I never got a call or notification that the footbed needed replaced. I wouldn't have bothered paying for the repair if I knew that. Why would I pay for something I didn't ask for or want. Telling customers it's their fault they're the reason you won't be doing sandle repairs anymore feels manipulative when its just the fact that I'm not gonna pay for a footbed I didn't want.
