The staff was patient, thorough, knowledgeable, friendly, competent, and we had a great personalized experience being fitted for a custom pair of work boots. Totally worth the drive!!

This company is one of the best to make boots, also very easy to communicate with customer service.
Google won’t let me do 10 stars so 5 is what I give these guys. Extremely comfortable boots straight out of the box, staff that knows their stuff and very friendly. Will be a life long customer to Franks boots!
