Went to Frank's for the first time last week and he's fantastic. I told him what I wanted in about 5 words and he gave me the best haircut I've had in years. Good guy, great haircut, absolute bargain price.
What a great shop. The gentleman, I believe was the owner, welcomed me in. Was laid back but still very professional. Took me right away and had me in and out looking great. I would highly recommend this spot. I've worked in downtown North Andover for over 15years, I live in town, and will be recommending this spot to my friends. Thank you franks.
