I work nights and was unable to help my 19 year old son who’s paying for his own college when he had vehicle trouble in Seguin. His brakes locked up so he sat with the vehicle for over an hour with the hazards on until the tow truck arrived and ultimately the battery went dead. Franks supposedly did a “diagnostic” for $108.00 and said his alternator was bad and was what caused his issue (it was not).
