Do not let these people work on your car unless you want to get your car back and not be able to drive it. Charged 400 dollars and got car back and wouldn't even roll. These people need there tools taken away
The customer service receptionist is very rude on the phone, she refuses to let me talk to a lead mechanic and have the owner call me about the bad engine replacement job was did on my car. Plus it have a new problem, with the battery light being on, when I went to go pick up my 2011 Chevrolet impala that's at the shop now. The battery light wasn't on when I checked the car into the shop. Plus the check engine light is flashing!!!
Supervisor/Receptionist is very rude. I went by on a Monday afternoon and ask for a diagnostic and she told me to come by the next day before 3. Tuesday i go by there and she staring at me through shops door. Comes through the garage door and i stoped her. Before i can greets her, she yells at me and said “ didn’t i tell you to come in the morning, it lunch time and this is a big inconvenience”. Now i have never been treated like this at this shop. The lady who answers the phone is the absolute most unprofessional person I've ever encountered. I'm trying to handle business and she went into straight attitude. Typical stereotype. She will definitely be part of their down fall.
Take this rating as below 1 star!! Being present and running your own business matters. Unfortunately it has not been so at Frank’s automotive. After 10 years of servicing our cars in this shop, we got turned away by a *new* manager because we called her out for her rudeness 4 months ago. 😂 We are so glad it happened because we found CDH enterprise who are just next door on the same lot !!!
