I really tried to have patience with these people. I been going to these guys for a while and every time I come in and ask for something to be done the front desk lady is always telling me what she can’t do instead of what she can “due to the system”. I just got my control arms fixed and I come back with my drivers side door handle broken, which definitely WASN’T like that before. This was one of the worst experiences I could have had. I called to ask for information, and the lady at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful in the way she spoke to people. Honestly, I ended up checking the reviews, and seeing how poor the service was actually saved me. You should provide better customer service money is not easy to earn.

Absolutely disgusting experience. The woman working there crossed every line of professionalism possible. During the interaction, The attitude, disrespect, and hostility were unreal. Management seriously needs to address how customers are treated because this was beyond unacceptable. I will never return and would never recommend this place to anyone.
