Asked for a quote for the brakes. Decided not to accept the quote. Was charged $88 for them looking at it, Was less than 15 minutes. This would have been fine had they communicated this when I dropped off the vehicle.
From my first arriving i noted an observant and on the ball overseer running a tight and efficient team. Was seen to in a timely manner and repair was fast and effective. Was overall mightily impressed
We've been getting our car serviced at Frank's Automotive for few years now. I've been meaning to write this review for a while as I'm constantly impressed by the friendly service and level of care. Peter and the team go the extra mile with great service and communication. They are friendly, honest, reliable and very reasonably priced. 10/10 would recommend.
Been here a bunch of times (including a very last minute pink slip) and the team have always been so lovely, attentive and thorough. One of the best in the area - would recommend to anyone
