I called about fixing my overheating car and Frank gave me a quote. I dropped the car off to be fixed. While I didn't wasn't informed, Frank took the time to absolutely fix it and made sure everything was running smoothly before I left the lot. When I had concerns, he took it to the back to see what else might be wrong with it and fixed it before fully leaving. He's a genuinely caring man about fixing cars and making sure it's correct.
