Got pulled over 16 minutes before the TN state line heading into TN got pulled over and didn’t have insurance but before the cop even took my license he says we have till the tow truck gets here and whatnot well I got insurance and the truck got there right after . Frank was very informative and worked with me on all the issues in my specific situation.
The worst tow truck company I have ever dealt with! Their customer service is beyond terrible—rude, unprofessional, and completely disrespectful. They demand unnecessary documents, making the whole process even more frustrating. Save yourself the headache and stay far away from this place. DO NOT go there—it’s absolutely not worth it!
