Last review since 2007? I can see why! My wife went to Frank's to get a quote to replace our front brake pads and rotors. We were able to get quotes from other shops but Frank put the car on a lift to look and charged $40.00 without telling my wife. We ending up at another repair shop for $100.00 less with an email quote no less. To bad since a neighbor highly recommended him. Buyer beware!!!
