I called to find out if they participated with Car Shield per the Car Shield App info. The girl who answered was confused by my question and placed me on hold. A minute or so later someone picked up the line and hung up on me. I called back 3 times and no answer. I decided to try using my cell phone figuring they had called ID, sure enough they picked up and I was told they did not participate with Car Shield which was fine but why treat a potential customer in that manner?

Good shop owner makes sure issues are resolved they can be slow as far as getting the vehicle back but it will.be done correctly.
