Just a quick shout out for Patty at the front desk at Franks Auto. She understood an issue and referred us to a local repairer of specialty parts that would have been able to do the required work (Welding) rather than taking us on themselves and replacing parts and being a large expense. The knowledge she has of local businesses in the area and who to trust is probably worth a gold mine, and the fact that they would rather refer to the right business than take on the work speaks volumes in todays age. Frank’s Auto is the real deal. I needed brakes badly on my Toyota and was stressing trying to search for a good place to go. I moved here from Rhode Island and after reading the reviews, talking to some locals at work that spoke highly of Frank’s, and my dad talking her ear off, Patty squeezed me into her calendar. Finally found an auto mechanic that schedules service, doesn't just say "we will get to it when we can" like many others. Fixes it correctly the 1st time and does it with fair pricing. Can't beat Frank's Auto Service! Thanks to Patty and the mechanics for doing a great job on my Toyota!
