Frank’s Auto Repair is the real deal. Great service, fair prices, and they actually pay attention to what’s needed, no upselling nonsense. I went to another shop in Terrace, and they quoted me way more and threw in a bunch of repairs I didn’t even need. Frank’s crew kept it straightforward—just honest, solid work. Highly recommend if you want it done right without getting ripped off.
Lovely people - but - I work out of town and had called to book in a month ago for some specific work to be done. When I called I knew my time would be really tight and I thought I was clear when I said that I work out of town, was only going to be in town for a couple days, exactly what repair I needed to be done and what specific part I needed. Very bad service. I was booked in for some mechanical work, because i had to go out of town but when i gave them call before checking my appointment time then they mentioned me that i am not booked in. It was risky me to drive my vehicle and that is why i booked an appointment near 20-25 days ago and now they are saying i am not booked in.
