I took my Mercedes with Airmatic suspension to Frank's shop because it wouldn’t raise. The initial customer service was great, which is why I gave two stars. I explained the issue and brought my own part for installation, which was reasonably priced, but I felt overcharged for a simple diagnostic—about $400—especially since I had already detailed the problem. Absolutely amazing experience! I am glad I found a local shop that is honest and very helpful and is always willing to go the extra mile to help make sure everything is running smooth! Will be taking all my business here from now on. The only regret I have is not finding them sooner. Justin was super friendly and courteous and talked to you like you mattered. 100% recommend these guys!
