Took my car for an oil change known them for years, not to long after my car started smelling like fumes I had to pull over and my tire was burning and my hubcap melted off, there was smoke coming out from my car, I took it to my brother in laws mechanic and he said the oil was black and looked like I hadn't gotten the oil changed for a while. Just had a great experience at Franks! Jiffy lube used the wrong plug and bolt for my oil change. My regular oil change guys could not get the bolt off. I was afraid I may need a new oil pan, not to worry Frank’s took care of me was able to avoid a hefty repair cost! Highly recommend these guys!
Fixed damage on my Honda pilot quickly and they were no hidden charges. Employees are very nice
The shop provided quality work but I know for a fact I was overcharged for the work done on my vehicle. When I ran the numbers with other shops, they all asked me why I paid so much for a job they would’ve done for $500-600 less. They also misdiagnosed one of my check engine lights. Tried to tell me it was something minor after I told them my battery light and check engine light turned on which was signaling to the alternator but they though it was something else.
