Love Franks Auto Repair. Straight up and honest. You don’t find that everyday. They made me a recurring customer after my first visit when another auto shop was trying to scam me.
I have been coming to Frank’s Auto for almost 2 decades, even and especially through the change of ownership. Congrats to both Frank and Mike. Still, we all know…Giles has been running the show for as long as I’ve been coming. The way he manages that desk is artful. I have moved 3 times, each further away, but I will travel the distance to get it done right. When you find a good mechanic shop, you come back.
The office manager I believe is the one who called me up to let me know my car is ready is always very courteous and knowledgeable I trust them. Also the other gentleman that was in the office today was very helpful and professional. These are the best mechanics I ever dealt with. Thank you 🙏
