I took my 2023 ProMaster van in to see Franks and they correctly diagnosed my issue as a water pump. I have a drywall business and so they were able to get it back the very next day and the price was about 1/3 what the dealership was going to charge me for the same procedure. Sean was great to work with and I highly recommend this auto shop to anyone.
After getting a few estimates on my 2019 F150 3.5L ecoboost cam phasers i picked Franks Auto in N. Ogden because of there knowledge and competitive estimate. They worked out there schedule so that I could drop off my truck Sunday evening and hopefully pick it up Friday pm. and this worked great for me. They made the proposed schedule and there were no changes / surprises to the estimate. We had been taking our cars to Frank's Auto for years and felt they did a pretty good job. I took my Audi in to have the brakes changed and it was quite expensive (which I expected). Frank's charged me for OEM brakes but put on after market brakes made by a third party. I didn't realize this at first, and took the car back in and told them the brakes were squeaking like crazy.
