Took my volkswagens here for over five years, but unfortunately I was just quoted 395$ for an oil change. So I will no longer be going to frank's auto.
I went in with a simple problem of "hey will you identify this clicking noise that just started up?" I then left it in their care expecting a call back later to tell me what it was. The call came except instead of telling me what it was they said the noise wasn't there and neither of their guys heard anything. Sean is the most kind hearted guy! We were traveling and something was wrong with our car and they closed in 30 minutes. He had no hesitation to invite us in and take a look at it and was just the best. I would recommend if anyone has any problems with there car or something little come here. If your kids ever have problems send them here. Youre in good hands with Sean and never have to worry abt him ripping you off or getting money out of you.
