Absolutely top tier service. I have been screwed over my mechanics so much in the past and I thought that would be the same here. We had been taking our cars to Frank's Auto for years and felt they did a pretty good job. I took my Audi in to have the brakes changed and it was quite expensive (which I expected). Frank's charged me for OEM brakes but put on after market brakes made by a third party. I didn't realize this at first, and took the car back in and told them the brakes were squeaking like crazy.
