horrible experience jus got my car back from being held captive for a month for a two day bumper job ..was told it would take two weeks because he was goin to do xtra things supposedly looking out ..drove by a few tines car was on lift hood open sane position for over a week ,went on vacation to Vegas. for a week come back still not ready ..meanwhile insurance company tryna charge me 600 cuz they say I was only post to have the rental for 2 days ..finally get it back and nothing is done but the bumper . then u telling me I n... read more
This place is straight trash! Not a single professional employee and horrible service not only is my original problem still present but I have additional problems as well never come here or you'll regret it
I brought my 2011 Honda Ridgeline to Frank's after it was in an accident. The guys at Franks did an excellent job repairing the damage, the vehicle looks good as new. Rocco and Erica took care of all of the insurance issues and answered all of the questions I had. This is an excellent shop and I would highly recommend them to anybody in need of a great body shop.
