I am dissatisfied with the services provided by Caliber Collision. While the sales staff was pleasant, I initially considered another auto body shop. However, the collision manager contacted me and assured me of their superior service, which led me to choose them. Unfortunately, I am now quite disappointed. I had a really good experience with Caliber Collision. My truck was backed into, and I brought it in for repairs. The entire process took about a week, which I felt was very reasonable. Communication was great throughout — they had an app that allowed me to check the status of my vehicle at any time, and they also called to keep me updated on the progress.
