I called to order a washer. I work out of towm and would not be back for several days. My washer broke and I just needed something cheap and delivered/installed ASAP when I got back later in the week. My dad recommended Franks as they have been using them for 20+ years and he had nothing but good things to say. The sales woman on the phone seemed to be rushing me off and didnt have much interest in selling me a washer and seemed overall unfriendly. Super! Our refrigerator went out. Repair man came out and was honest about problem. We decided to replace instead of repair. Went to Franks and picked out a new one same day. It was delivered the next morning, hooked up and took old one away. We had a working fridge in less than 24 hrs!! Great job!
Frank’s has the best customer service and I have been a customer for 37yrs and have purchased all my appliances from them. 3 sets of washer/dryers, 2 stoves, 5 fridges(2 for extras in the garage) and 3 dishwashers.
