Took my young grandson to Florida a while ago and of all things, I got sick with a drug resistant Super Bug from one of the many tourist that travel there from around the world. Dr Gergits did all he could to destroy this bug but no antibiotic could reach up in my inner ears, were the bug soon called home. After many tries and using all the drugs the medical field could suggest, he said there was only one drug left to use. I was dizzy for about ten months, Geisinger Hospital, did nothing for me but testing. I needed a second opinion, so I found out that there was a ENT. in the building that my family doctor's office is located. I heard the Doctor Gergits was fantastic with this kind of problem. My appointment with Dr. Gergits went very well, he said that he could help me with a in out surgery, Doctor Gergits preformed a Bilateral Myringotomy, installed a tub in my right ear. I have had nothing but good things happen since I have seen Dr. Gergits and Verona Roberts, his nurse practitioner for my allergies. They take their time and explain things in detail. Can't thank the doctor and his wonderful staff enough for my allergy relief!
