Highly recommend! They are incredibly kind and helpful. My husband brought in an old pair of glasses that he got before we moved to Vancouver, and they were more than happy to fix them for him. We really appreciated their kindness!

I honestly have not had a better in-store experience anywhere in Vancouver. The staff were incredibly attentive, patient, and genuinely friendly throughout the entire visit. They never made me feel rushed and left an excellent impression. The owner of this business should seriously consider giving them a raise. I am truly impressed. Thank you!
