If I could give less than one star I would. This animal hospital in franklinville should not be allowed to continue operation. Dr Snyder and the staff are so unprofessional and show no empathy or pride and what their professions stand for. My dog unnecessary suffered pain for 4 weeks due to their negligence. We ask specifically for a test to be ran for a particular disease that our dog was showing symptoms of and we were told it was nothing but a bacterial infection and then give her antibiotics. I tried to make an appointment for a new puppy and was told unfortunately no appointments were available for two months. The. receptionist sounded like the office didn't want any more business, especially new business. I would never recommend this veterinary hospital to anyone.
