We had exceptional service today While Bubba and Beauty were waiting to be seen, the whole staff was very nice and I think she said her name was Jaylee. She came over and helped watch both of my puppies with me and I really appreciate all of The help today. Jaylee also watched one of my puppies while I took the other one outside to do his business 😀😁 The whole staff was friendly and you don’t find that every day we had awesome service we Will be back for future appointments.
I took my almost 3 year-old Shih Tzu Pooh, and they treated us very well. Didn’t have a long wait. Everyone was nice and friendly and the price was so good that I went home and got my other fur baby. Coco and Jean have a new vet.
Bringing my puppy Milo to Franklinton Animal Hospital was the best decision I could have made! My pup had to undergo emergency surgery on 10/7/25, which was successfully performed by Dr. Besermenji. The level of understanding, compassion, and care shown throughout the entire process was truly astonishing. The prices are beyond reasonable—by far the best in the area. What can I say. Our vets told us that something will cost us $1000 and we went here for a 2nd opinion out of frustration and they quoted us $300, was super nice, able to handle our very mean dog, and effectively treat him? Needless to say we are staying with this hospital. Amazing staff all around! You can tell by the smiles on everyone's face - owners, nurses, vets - even the animals! (JK haha it's still a vet clinic)
All staff here excellent. Dr's who opened this practice are commended for their excellence, compassion, service, model, and selection of staff of same character as well as affordability for two standard poodles weighing 30 and 55 pounds. There reall should be more privately held animal hospitals like this one. Also, care is excellent and affordable here and the facility is immaculate. Thank you Dr. Aleksander & Dr. Dragana
