Staff was so amazing. We had 7 Boston terrier puppies and very little wait. This is unheard of in Raleigh 😅 Dr. Craig was so kind and patient with all our pups and the techs were outstanding 😀. This will be our new vet now. Well worth the travel from falls lake and no appointment needed and very little wait time. Highly impressed 👏
We had exceptional service today While Bubba and Beauty were waiting to be seen, the whole staff was very nice and I think she said her name was Jaylee. She came over and helped watch both of my puppies with me and I really appreciate all of The help today. Jaylee also watched one of my puppies while I took the other one outside to do his business 😀😁 The whole staff was friendly and you don’t find that every day we had awesome service we Will be back for future appointments.
I took my almost 3 year-old Shih Tzu Pooh, and they treated us very well. Didn’t have a long wait. Everyone was nice and friendly and the price was so good that I went home and got my other fur baby. Coco and Jean have a new vet.
The doctors here saved my standard poodle Henri’s life!!! My regular vet of 20 years was too busy to see Henri who was in a bad way after surgery. A friend recommended Franklinton Animal Hospital and when I called, they had us come right in even though we were not their client. The doctors and staff’s swift, knowledgeable and compassionate care were such a blessing. So thankful to have found this practice and will be transferring all our pets care here!
Bringing my puppy Milo to Franklinton Animal Hospital was the best decision I could have made! My pup had to undergo emergency surgery on 10/7/25, which was successfully performed by Dr. Besermenji. The level of understanding, compassion, and care shown throughout the entire process was truly astonishing. The prices are beyond reasonable—by far the best in the area.
