If your looking for an animal hospital for your fur babies you need to visit them. We have used their services multiple times from standard care to crossing the rainbow bridge. The staff and doctors there are amazing, knowledgeable, compassionate, and highly skilled at their jobs. They take time with you and don't make you feel like your are just another number. The doctors, techs, staff, and management are all amazing and the facility is really nice too. Each person we have encountered has been knowledgeable, kind, and compassionate. They have been there for us for everything from routine visits, surgery, and even end of life care. I won’t take my pets anywhere else. From the top down this hospital is five star.
I decided to give Franklinton Animal Hospital a try since I've heard nothing but phenomenal things about this veterinary hospital since it's opening and it's closer to home. I am so glad that I did! The staff was so friendly, welcoming and accommodating from beginning to end! Today was my first visit to Franklinton Animal Hospital for a 2nd opinion. Their lobby and exam rooms were very clean. I had been using another vet in town for my pets needs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They listened to my concerns for this visit. My 9 year old dog, Star, had a small lump under her neck. The doctor performed a thorough examination and found another small lump that I hadn't seen. He drew fluid off both of them to see if they were cancerous. My old vet didn't do this.
