Absolutely incredible service! I cannot thank Franklin’s enough. After RACQ failed to identify what was wrong with my car, Craig was able to slot me in, the team immediately identified the issue and fixed the car within an hour. I will certainly be coming back here in the future!
Took my car in for battery testing and it turned out to be a really simple fix. Craig was lovely on the phone and even nicer to work with in person. Everyone I spoke with in the shop with was friendly, helpful, and easy to understand. This will be my new go-to shop from now on, definitely recommend!
