A couple of days ago we had some issues with our AC and heater running at the same time. Franklin’s came out and diagnosed the issue in no time, had the parts ordered and replaced just as fast.
Terry went above and beyond to fix our AC on a Saturday of a holiday weekend. I can’t thank him enough.
Allen Franklin is an amazing God fearing man. I don't doubt his work for a minute. They are quick to get you in and would do anything in the world to help people out.
They did all the plumbing to our home and all the way out to horses! Great people. Super friendly and reasonably priced
I called them at 9am to inquire about an air conditioning problem. They were so friendly and responsive and informative! I was scheduled for service for the next day, with a possibility of later today, if possible. I was called the same day and told that someone would be over in 30 minutes. By 2:30pm my problem was solved! The Technician was informative and friendly. The price was more than fair....even for what I considered urgent!
