Worst phone customer service ever. Called and all I got was "Hello" as if I was bothering them. Called back just to make sure I did not call the incorrect number and person on the other end said nothing until I said something.
I called to order 3 Mother’s Day arrangements, but I think their calls are routed through an Indian call center. Heavy accent and the greeting when they answered was just “flowers”. I had to ask if it was Franklin’s and the person on the phone didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing because I had to direct the conversation.
Horrible customer service. It was as if I was a hindrance in coming in to order an arrangement. At least offer suggestions or alternatives if you don’t have a specific flower. “Sorry” isn’t good business ethics. Solutions are. The empty parking lot should have been a clear sign to keep driving.
