Food...five star...service... five star... Atmosphere...ALL RED WHITE AND BLUE!!!...THANK YOU!!!!!...You guys are awesome ...UPDATE:... I came in today and had the Benny burger add bacon and it was so delicious it made me cry literally.... I gave the chef who prepared it for me a big hug and told her thank you so much.. absolutely best burger in town.
Not enough cheese in the steak and it really affected the flavor. They just laid it on top and hardly any at that. You've got to chop it in so it coats all of the steak. It's been awhile since I've been in and it wasn't always like this. For years it was excellent but not this time. The fries are still great though. The service was great, better than I remember from the last time. The wait time for my food was pretty short.
I very much enjoyed my visit here. It was nice and quiet when we walked in,and for me it was such a cozy space. We grabbed a table right by the windows up front. I definitely love warming myself in the sunshine with a really good cup of coffee,and the coffee was good. I was really looking forward to a homemade cinnamon roll, unfortunately they did not have these or the muffins that morning. Was for sure disappointed,but was able to find something I truly loved. I'd driven past this quiet little building on IF's very short Elm Street so many times over the years that when I glanced over and finally noticed it, I assumed it had been there forever. "Hmmmm," Franklin's Famous Cheesesteak Company—"gonna have to look that up." The internet was arguing with itself about what year it opened, with one site saying 2015, the other 2012.
