They got us in for an appointment the day after wr called them. What great service. They took good care of our boy, Jax and sent us away withthe knowledge ti self treat the next time he gets suck from eating pecans. We carry canned pumpkin and the bew meds in our doggie travel first aid kit. They called me one week after gis visit to check on him and Answered some questions about GI issues in dogs. Had two dogs tangled with a porcupine early in the morning. Usually vets were unable to work them in and Franklin was able to work them in despite never using having never used their facility in the past. Am very appreciative of their response. Animals were well cared for and the office staff were extremely efficient and professional. Will seriously consider transferring all our animal care for the future despite being a considerably longer drive.
