As a contractor my experiences at this dealership are not good. Problems start with owners and trickle down through the sales staff,and our experiences with the service dept are worse. Equipment isn’t ever fixed in a timely manner. Everytime our equipment went for service it came back late, not fixed (still leaking fluid) but salesman was nice enough to walk us through the repair so we could fix it ourself. After being paid. I know a place has to make money but it's pretty crappy that when you are inconvenienced several days to come look at a skid steer only to have a cash sale turned down.

No customer service by telephone. You have to actually go to the store. The answering system gives you selections but no one ever answers and don t bother leaving a message.
