I hit a piece of semi truck tire on a work trip. This caused the undercarriage by the rear right tire to sag. I brought it to Jessica to see if she could assess the damage. She drove it back to the service bay, they put a bolt in and sent me on my way. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. She was super nice and didn’t even charge me. I greatly appreciate this level of service and would gladly return if I require further service while in town. Thanks Jessica!

Service advisor recommended replacing the air filter in our car while they were doing a oil change. I declined and picked up the car and noticed it wasn't sounding normal. I looked under the hood and noticed that they left the air filter cover open. If I didn't check up after the "qualified" technician worked on our car it could have caused more serious problems. That technician should be fired for being careless and lazy.

Our transmission went out in our Rav4 last year. The life time power trane warranty refused to cover it because we didn't use Franklin to service our car. We paid $7,500 for a refurbished transmission the end of last year. Not long after we got it back the new transmission started having problems shifting right. We took it back to them and they said they didn't see anything wrong with it or no bad codes. Now the transmission is getting worse. We are gonna have to take it back this week. I don't have the money to rent a car. ... read more

The service department is amazing. They really take the time to find everything wrong with your vehicle even on the things that they could turn a blind eye on that are still under warranty.
