Get directions*** Continuing from the previous review *** Additional Problems: 1. The curtains in both the living room and master bedroom were faulty. The poles were slanted and unstable because the screw holes had become loose. A couple of times, the curtains suddenly crashed down—especially the one in the living room, which couldn’t even be closed properly. When I first viewed the condo before signing the lease, the landlord, Simon P. Close, promised to repair and fix them. However, by the time I vacated, the problem still had not been ... read more
I have had a terrible experience renting UNIT 116 from Simon P Close. The lease ended on April 7, 2024, but he still has not returned part of my rent deposit and utility deposit, even after almost one year. The lease is for 2 people and lasts a total of 3 months, starting on January 7, 2024, and ending on April 7, 2024. Loudest building in LA. Hope you like dogs barking 24/7, douchebag parties every night, and old men coughing and spitting every day. I saw 2 Russian bros fist fighting right in front of the entrance the other day with security and front desk nowhere in sight. It's also an eyesore. The only building on the block that's a towering 15 stories when all others are 4 to 5. If it was demolished I'd have a panoramic view of the entire city.
Franklin Towers has a 3.8 star rating with 33 reviews.
Franklin Towers is open now. It is open 24/7.
