Had a wonderful experience at Franklin Title LLC.
Beware. Inacurate calculations and they might as well not have a phone. I have a few simple questions and after countless voicemails spanning 3 months after closing, this title company has not returned a single call. I have never experienced this level of indifference from a "professional" firm. I highly recommend using another firm. Any other firm. My bet is that you would be hard pressed to find one that cares less than this one.
Great service went smooth. Location on where to enter the building was not easily recognizable.
Make sure you ask them to clarify property tax!
