Used this firm to purchase a house, and it turns out they did not do their due diligence and missed the fact that there was outstanding property tax from the previous owner. I emailed them and got a reply that said they would get back to me but never did after two weeks. The property tax was only 80 dollars so not the end of the world but it could have easily been more.
