After a lot of research, we decided to not stick build but do an off frame modular and after seeing some display models and touring the plant, we opted to put this large investment into the trust of Franklin Homes. We had high expectations, from timely delivery to quality equal or above stick built. They failed on all accounts. Our local dealer was great to work with and seemed to want to deliver, but they seemed to lack quality subs to do the work and scheduling never seemed to fall in line. This is the “quality” your money gets you. Be very careful. Not even 5 years in and we have water damage from a roof that was not properly installed and caulked in places they couldn’t line up there nails.
Love looking at homes on different websites. I just wish this one had more pictures of finished models to look at different options.
