Do your research before going the modular route. We began our Franklin journey about 16 months ago after visiting a retailer (Country Living Modular Homes) that we found on Franklins website. We purchased land and our house was ordered in April 2025, with the promise that we would be able to move in by late July - early August 2025. Our house wasn't set until October 2025 and we moved in late December 2025. laminate floors buckling after 3 years , boards broke above fire place causing TV to fall , roof shingles missing and sticking up,vinyl siding buckled.Would not recommend purchasing a Franklin home. A home owner should not have to work on a new home that's only 3 years old. UPDATE we finally had to replace the flooring in Our Franklin Home.Only 4 years and the floor was coming up where they had tried to cover up the bad first layer. Edit 8-17-2026 Franklin homes said to reach out to us we'll make it right. Well I reached out twice to them once by voicemail and once on their website. Guess what no response from them. They don't want to make it right. They got their money they could careless just like the dealer I purchased the home from. **** BEWARE Don't Purchase **** This modular home builder is horrible.
