I would NOT recommend anyone to buy a Franklin Home!! If I could give them zero stars I would!!Workmanship is crappy!! We have nail heads( they call them nail pops) showing up everywhere, on our walls! (they aren’t cover in the warranty because it’s cosmetic!)The shower doors won’t stay shut because they aren’t level! The corners aren’t done correctly because it looks like tape is showing in some corners. Bathroom tile has cracks and it’s taking forever to get them replaced!! Reading other reviews, I really wished we would have looked before buying. It's way overpriced and no one cares about fixing any of their mistakes. If you're looking for a modular, just do a Clayton because you actually know what you're getting and they don't make it seem like it's something it's not.
Mediocre home, but terrible at correcting issues, and no quality assurance. Home was ordered July 1. Arrived September 28th. Took 2 weeks to get finishing crew onsite. Roof was done by retailer on delivery, and materials were missing from shipment. They requested them end of Sept. As of January 3rd, still dont have roof and trim completed. Finishing crew did mediocre job of mudding, and completing home. A blind was cut short and requested new one in October. To date we still dont have correct size blind. If I could give zero stars I would. The trim out crew is terrible for the Louisiana division. Day 17 of trim out and we have zero items done off of the punch list. No contact from anyone foreman supervisor nor any other superiors will help you. They will ignore you give you the run around and leave your home unfinished. Highly advise against this company unless you want to go half a year without being in your home and fighting every day for the same services everyone else is paid for.
