I understand this is Jacksonville; however I have not encountered such unprofessional realtors in many years. I first spoke to Rick and without hesitation asked for a business plan without offering to show the space. This was four months ago. I recently contacted another agent and the same thing. She sent an application and all financial prerequisites without offering to show the space. I complained to the manager and she never returned my call. Ricky Ostrofsky is very unhelpful. When a customer has money in hand for a building lease, one should go out the way to find something suitable. However we got long wait times of no response. Poor customer service. He basically told us to look else where. I would not recommend this company. and no I will not take down this review it is true...
