Im trying to get into her myself my mom is here too and I love the staff but I wish I was able to just live with my mom they got a lot of rules my mom hates but for me I'd love it, it keeps me safe and I just enjoy the staff here I can't wait to get approved to move in! Love y'all! ❤️ See you on the 16th to see my mom!
I wish that there was more and better parking. It's hard to find a parking spot.
Very rude untrained employees working in receptionist entrance coming into Franklin Station..They are working with a vulnerable population and are gossiping amongst each other about residents living there. When I spoke with them this evening I couldn't get a word in edge wise This woman spoke over me, never tried to address the situation I was speaking about.
