Excellent thread and great workers ,especially Bryncka from Frankly square office
I was a patient going to this facility. I was being treated for "Total Knee Replacement" surgery for my left knee. Part of the treatment includes putting a heating pad on the knee,while it is elevated and extended. Because of the operation ,there is no sensation on the skin of the knee. The heating pad was put on by the assistant and not the therapist .It was way too hot and caused a third degree burn. Didn't realize it till later that day and saw a blister form on the knee. Carmine is amazing! He works you while still listening to your body. He helped me make great progress to prepare for my surgery. Toni the receptionist is also amazing. Always kind and helpful. Both Carmine and Toni are compassionate and supportive professionals.
Friendly and personally picked out theropy that's suitable to one's own needs. Gives explanations to why certain workouts would help which part of body. involved to both internal and external exercises. Highly recommend.
