Absolutely, unequivocally NO. Bought a vehicle and the carfax was clean but after owning for a few weeks I had one issue, then another. Clearly the accident was in a very bad accident and wasn’t reported. When the check engine came on, the nissan dealer said there was a shoddy job done to try to cover it up. When i confronted the staff they were dodgy, but agreed to fix it since i only owned it fora couple of weeks. Needless to say they put a band aid on a bullet hole and it’s WORSE! I had a great experience at Franklin Square Auto Group. I dealt with Jake he was unbelievable he made me feel comfortable and gave me all the information I asked for and needed.. Horrible! I sent over all my paperwork in an attempt to purchase a vehicle and it’s been over two weeks now I’ve not heard a word from anyone. Plus the vehicle I selected they raised the price by about $4,000. The price of the vehicle went from $19,500 to $22,999 too high. If there is a problem and I could not qualify for that vehicle.
