Dan is incredible, your vehicle is safe and in great hands with him! Without hesitation, I would drive 2 hrs just to have him look after my car again. He is a great guy and is very professional! Being so far from home, it made me very grateful to feel like there was someone I could trust in a big city. Go see him!!

My 2009 Maxima was making a “clunking” sound as the wheels rotated. I thought the noise was coming from the right side. (I’m deaf in my left ear so everything sounds like it comes from the right side!) I called Franklin because they are close to my home and I didn’t want to drive it all the way to the dealer. They were stumped at first, but found out it was the left front wheel that had two studs broken off! I was a very fortunate man to have not gotten into an accident. This place is tip top! I'm so lucky to have found Wes, Debbie, and their crew. They have taken care of me and my Altima from the first few months of ownership to years later. Where other places will upsell, they'll try to save you money. Where other places will bamboozle you with BS, they'll talk straight and explain things. All without making you feel like an idiot for not knowing what they're talking about. In fact, you get a pretty decent speedy education on what was going on with your vehicle. I love these guys!

The service engine light came on in my 2009 Nissan Murano and the dealer told me I needed to replace my catalytic converter which was an expensive fix. A friend referred me to this place and I’ve never had an experience like this with a mechanic. Hands down best customer service ever from a mechanic. The lady asked me a couple of questions and was able to tell me that I probably didn’t need a new converter and it was probably the gas I was putting in my car. ABSOLUTELY GO HERE if you want high quality affordable and extremely friendly, as in local neighborhood friend you can trust friendly. I've been coming here since I was riding in a car seat in my mom's Datson that she took here. Other family has had great experiences here and I hear word of mouth (as in real talking not just facebook talking) about their fantastic reputation as well. DO NOT GO HERE. They changed my oil and didn't fully tighten my drain plug resulting in the drain plug falling out while I was driving. I was required to have my vehicle towed and had to pay for another oil change. Franklin refused to reimburse me. Terrible service.
