Overall it's been a great experience. In the spirit of full transparency there was a problem with an order that did not get handled in the best fashion. Billy did come through in the end and was a man of his word. That goes a long way at the end of the day and is really a huge separating factor in businesses. We all make mistakes and go through hard times and have troubles, it's about honoring our word and making things right!
