the garage door springs were six years into a ten-year warranty when one broke. Miguel showed up within a few hours of my call on a Saturday and quickly replaced the springs at no cost. he was courteous and professional. we had our garage door opener installed in 2009 and springs in 2016, and now this free replacement service is impressive. i will definitely reach out when it's time to replace our garage door in a year or two.
