I have gone here for years and they are amazing ! I do the Christmas loan every year too and I love that ! Friendly staff and always very helpful to me every time I need it !! Above and beyond even helped me with my mobile banking more then once ! It’s clean too I love that !!
This place definitely needs a class on customer service. ESPECIALLY the rude brunette with the glasses. You're a bank teller, chill with the snooty "better than you" attitude. You aren't better than anyone.
Today as we were looking to open up a savings account and a checking account, my wife and I were treated like an inconvenience. Needless to say, we walked out and took our business elsewhere. They need to have a more customer friendly staff.
