Today as we were looking to open up a savings account and a checking account, my wife and I were treated like an inconvenience. Needless to say, we walked out and took our business elsewhere. They need to have a more customer friendly staff.

Went in to make use of the shared branch feature of local credit unions, who claim to value their customers and want to treat them like good people...I was made to remove my hat at the window, so I can be recorded for the camera as if I were some kind of criminal! I will never do business with Franklin somerset again.

UNBELIEVABLE closed at noon on the Friday before Christmas. Mental note, close my accounts at this credit union. They are definitely not here to serve their public. Shame on you.

Went in right before they closed to withdraw cash. I apologized for being that close to closing time and the tellers response was.....crickets. Didn't even acknowledge me. I'll be closing my account. Done with this place. They are a joke. Don't waste your time. Much better credit unions elsewhere.
