Dr Smalley was very professional & courteous of me & my daughter. He listened to my concerns & gave me advice.i have had an ear stopped up for a long time & he knew how to handle it. My ear is now open & clean. I had been with Scott & White many many years ago. Since I am a new patient, I had to get referrals & this was done quickly. I’m very pleased with how I was treated. Like that I can see the drs at the Taylor location.
Was seen promptly, all my concerns were addressed. Follow up appt scheduled.
Dr. Franklin Smalley is an exceptional doctor, been with him for over 9 year's and he always listens to me during our appointment's and communicates with me. When I message him through the Baylor Scott and White app he always returns with a reply, Been giving me A+ care for a long time. You would not be disappointed with Dr. Smalley and his staff.
