On 5/22/20×5, I called EMS for my husband who was bed bound and they never checked his vitals, or anything else. Refused to bring the stretcher in and put him on it. When I asked them about it, I got a very dirty look. They then proceeded to pick my husband up out of the bed with the bed sheets and carried him out the door. He was about a foot from the ground. Just witnessed ambulance 703 cut two cars and semi off from the middle lane to exit no emergency and the female driver was laughing
I have seizures, fell off roofs ect...this service had to be called. They were fast, courteous and got me the help I needed. Thank you, thank you, thank you.
