When I was looking for an apartment I contact Franklin Simpson to be my attorney. He showed me the conditions of the building and explained me it wouldn't be a good purchase. Exactly the opposite what the broker told me. Then I realize that the broker just wanted to sell the apartment while the lawyer was working in my side. Later on I consulted him again and he showed me the best deal in an apartment. He saw the history of the building that I had no access and the broker would never show me.
